Where we ship

Bambhole ships within India only.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹500. Orders of ₹500 or less have a shipping charge of ₹200. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Prepaid discount and partial cash on delivery

If you pay the full amount online, you get ₹50 off orders up to ₹999 and ₹100 off orders of ₹1,000 or more. You can also choose partial cash on delivery: pay 20% online and 80% on delivery. The prepaid discount applies only to fully prepaid orders.

Dispatch time

Ready items usually leave within 24 hours. Customised orders usually leave within a week, and often within 2 days if the customisation is simple.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 0–1 day within Delhi and 2–3 days on average elsewhere in India. Actual times depend on your location, courier availability, public holidays and weather. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Express delivery

Express delivery is available on request where our courier partners support it. Extra charges may apply.

Returns, exchanges, repairs and restringing

Shipping for these is paid by the customer, except where our refund policy says otherwise, for example a verified authenticity claim.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email bambholeindia@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will put it right.
