Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about Bambhole Rudraksha, lab reports, shipping, payment and returns.
What is Bambhole?
Bambhole is a Delhi-based lab-certified Rudraksha store. It sells natural Rudraksha beads from Nepal, Indonesia (Java), the Himalayas and India, from 1 to 21 Mukhi, plus Gauri Shankar, Ganesh and Garbh Gauri. Bambhole ships within India.
Is Bambhole Rudraksha genuine?
Yes. Every Bambhole Rudraksha is lab tested by GJSPC, an independent third-party laboratory, and every bead has its own unique lab report number. You can verify that number yourself on the GJSPC website.
Who tests Bambhole Rudraksha?
GJSPC, the Gem & Rudraksha Testing Laboratory in New Delhi. It is independent of Bambhole. Its reports can be checked at gjspc.in/ReportCheck.
How do I verify a Rudraksha lab report?
Open gjspc.in/ReportCheck by typing the address yourself, enter the report number exactly as printed, and compare the result with your bead: identification, weight, dimensions, number of faces and origin. The weight should match to two decimal places.
Do I get a printed report card?
Every Rudraksha is lab tested and has a report number. The printed report card is free on beads priced ₹1,000 or more, and costs ₹150 per bead below that.
What if my Rudraksha turns out not to be genuine?
Bambhole offers a lifetime money-back authenticity guarantee. If a recognised independent institution or professional finds that a product is not authentic, or that its material, natural origin or treatment differs from the description, you receive a full refund of everything you paid, including shipping, with no time limit.
Is the Rudraksha energised?
Yes. Every Rudraksha receives touch energisation before dispatch: thorough cleaning, mantra japa, oiling, aromatic scenting and traditional rituals. Pooja and Pran Pratishtha are separate services and are not part of touch energisation.
What does "mukhi" mean?
Mukhi means face. It is the number of natural lines that run from one end of the bead to the other. A 5 Mukhi (Panch Mukhi) Rudraksha has five such lines.
What is the difference between Nepal and Indonesian Rudraksha?
Nepal Rudraksha are generally larger, with deep and clearly defined mukhi lines, and are popular as single beads and pendants. Indonesian (Java) Rudraksha are smaller and denser, which suits bracelets and malas.
How do I choose a bead size?
Bead sizes are measured across the bead in millimetres. Smaller beads keep malas light, mid-size beads are comfortable in bracelets, and larger beads make a strong single bead or pendant. A bigger bead costs more but is not required for the bead to be meaningful.
Where does Bambhole ship?
Bambhole ships within India only.
How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹500; orders of ₹500 or less have a ₹200 shipping charge. Ready orders usually leave within 24 hours. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 0–1 day within Delhi and 2–3 days on average elsewhere in India.
How do I pay?
When you tap Buy Now, you complete payment on our secure checkout partner's store. UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets are accepted. Fully prepaid orders get ₹50 off up to ₹999 and ₹100 off from ₹1,000, and partial cash on delivery (20% online, 80% on delivery) is available.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Products without customisation can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned as standard. Email bambholeindia@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
You can ask to cancel within 2–3 days of ordering, as long as the order has not yet been made, processed or shipped. Email bambholeindia@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Are the spiritual benefits guaranteed?
No. The benefits linked to each mukhi are traditional beliefs. They are not medical claims or promises of a particular result, and a larger or more expensive bead does not mean greater spiritual benefit.
