Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can ask to cancel within 2–3 days of placing your order. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been made, processed or shipped, so please contact us as soon as you can.

Custom and made-to-order pieces, such as custom-sized silver, usually cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Once a cancellation is approved, the eligible amount is credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Returns after delivery

Standard items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
